Transfer of funds among tutors

It is possible to transfer the unused prepaid hours among your existing tutors :)

Please be noted that we transfer the funds, but not hours - therefore the hours will be recalculated based on the new tutor’s rate. And unfortunately, at the moment, we are unable to do a partial transfer - funds are to be transferred fully from one tutor to another.

For example:

• if we transfer 1 hour from tutor A whose lessons cost 10 USD per hour
• to tutor B, whose lessons cost 20 USD per hour
• the number of hours will be recalculated to 0.5 hours with tutor B

Also, when hours are being transferred from one tutor to another, automatic discount acquired for a specific package is no longer applicable. Funds are transferred to the account of a new tutor based on the actual amount paid for the package(s) with the previous tutor.

Note: Please make sure you have no scheduled/unconfirmed lessons before starting a transfer.
