How to schedule, reschedule and cancel lessons

Learn how to manage your lessons and schedule.

Be sure to set your current time zone so your lessons and your tutor’s schedule display correctly in your local time.

To book a trial lesson, visit the "Find tutors" page. After booking the first lesson with a tutor, you can schedule further lessons, reschedule and cancel lessons using the ‘My lessons’ page.

How to schedule lessons

• Go to the "My lessons" page
• Choose your tutor and press the "Schedule lessons" button. If you don’t have enough prepaid hours to schedule a lesson, you’ll see a "Buy more hours" button instead.
