How to confirm a lesson?

Learn how to mark the lesson as successfully conducted.

Once your lesson has been successfully finished, it is necessary to confirm the lesson.

To confirm a lesson:

Go to 'My lessons' menu
Click on the tutor's name and find the lesson that took place
Click 'Confirm'

Done!

You can also confirm your lesson by following the link sent to your email after the lesson is over.

Right after the confirmation of the lesson, the payment is credited to the tutor’s internal account.

If for some reason the lesson did not happen, you can Report issue and based on the circumstances, we can provide you with a refund / transfer of credits.
